Participants are responsible for reviewing travel details, safety expectations, and participation requirements before reserving a spot.
These experiences are non-clinical wellness offerings intended for educational, reflective, and embodiment-based purposes. They do not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. Participation is voluntary, and participants are encouraged to honor their own physical, emotional, and nervous system capacity throughout each experience.
For ocean-based offerings, I do not provide freediving instruction, in-water supervision, or ocean safety training. In-water activities are facilitated by experienced ocean professionals and are participated in voluntarily and at each participant’s own risk.
