A superbill is a detailed receipt I can provide after your session. You can submit it to your insurance provider to request out-of-network reimbursement. Keep in mind, coverage depends on your plan and deductible, so it’s best to call your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.

The best way is to call your insurance company directly and ask:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services (CPT code 90837 or 90834)?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage of each session is reimbursed?

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
