Explore our approach.

Our integrative approach embraces the deep, transformative work necessary for lasting change. We guide you in translating these insights into your everyday life, making meaningful lifestyle adjustments that foster lasting habits and, ultimately, optimal functioning—empowering you to live the life you envision.

Client-centered.

We focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you are truly heard and understood. Together, we will adapt the process to your unique experiences, needs, and goals, ensuring therapy meets you where you are. My priority is to guide you at your own pace, offering personalized guidance to help you navigate challenges and foster lasting growth and healing in a way that feels right for you.

Virtual EMDR.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy endorsed by the WHO and Department of Defense to help heal trauma and distressing memories. Using guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, we work together to reframe these memories, reducing their emotional charge and fostering emotional resilience. EMDR supports integration, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and peace.

Jungian Active Imagination.

Jungian Active Imagination is an approach that uses creative expression, like visualization or art, to explore deeper aspects of your psyche (shadow work). By connecting with unconscious thoughts and feelings, we unlock self-discovery and healing, fostering personal growth and emotional balance. This process helps integrate hidden parts of yourself, offering greater awareness and insight in your life.

Solution-Focused.

Solution-focused therapy is a goal-oriented approach that focuses on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems. We work together to identify your strengths, resources, and past successes, using them to create practical strategies for overcoming current challenges. The emphasis is on what you want to achieve and how to get there, empowering you to make meaningful, positive changes in your life effectively.

Polyvagal-Informed Somatics.

Somatics (body-based therapy) focuses on the connection between body and mind, informed by approaches such as polyvagal theory, yoga and Hakomi to help you gain awareness of physical sensations and emotions. By tuning into the body’s signals, we work together to release tension, reset your nervous system, process stored trauma, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. Yoga offers physical movement to release stress, Hakomi integrates mindfulness to explore how body sensations relate to past experiences, while polyvagal techniques are used to regulate the nervous system to help individuals feel more grounded and connected.

Lifestyle Modifications.

Lifestyle modifications involve creating a personalized plan that focuses on self-care and sustainable change through cognitive behavioral therapy and SMART goal setting. By setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals, we work together to develop healthy habits that support both mental and physical longevity. This approach fosters lasting change, helping you build a lifestyle that enhances your overall well-being and boosts self-esteem.

“Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”

— Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet
