Explore our approach.
Therapy that honors your rhythm.
Every nervous system has its own rhythm — shaped by experience, culture, trauma, and resilience.
That’s why my approach is adaptive, collaborative, and attuned to your needs.
We begin by listening — to your story, your body, and what feels safe.
From there, we work gently and skillfully with evidence-based modalities to support healing at a pace that honors your readiness.
My intention is not to “fix” you — but to support you in coming home.
Client-centered.
We focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you are truly heard and understood.
Together, we will adapt the process to your unique experiences, needs, and goals, ensuring therapy meets you where you are.
My priority is to guide you at your own pace, offering personalized guidance to help you navigate challenges and foster lasting growth and healing in a way that feels right for you.
Virtual EMDR.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy endorsed by the WHO and Department of Defense to help heal trauma and distressing memories.
Using guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, we work together to reframe these memories, reducing their emotional charge and fostering emotional resilience.
EMDR supports integration, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and peace.
Jungian Active Imagination.
Jungian Active Imagination is an approach that uses creative expression, like visualization or art, to explore deeper aspects of your psyche (shadow work).
By connecting with the unconscious, we invite self-discovery, healing, and emotional balance.
This process helps integrate hidden parts of yourself, offering greater awareness and insight in your life.
Solution-Focused.
Solution-focused therapy is a goal-oriented approach that focuses on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
We work together to identify your strengths, resources, and past successes, using them to create practical strategies for overcoming current challenges.
The emphasis is on what you want to achieve and how to get there, empowering you to make positive, lasting changes.
Polyvagal-Informed Somatics.
Somatics (body-based therapy) focuses on the connection between body and mind, informed by approaches such as polyvagal theory, yoga and Hakomi to help you gain awareness of physical sensations and emotions.
By tuning into the body’s signals, we work together to release tension, reset your nervous system, process stored trauma, and cultivate deeper self-awareness.
Yoga offers physical movement to release stress, Hakomi integrates mindfulness, while polyvagal techniques are used to regulate the nervous system to establish felt-sense safety.
Lifestyle Modifications.
We’ll work together to design a personalized plan that supports both emotional and physical well-being—guided by CBT tools and SMART goal setting.
This approach focuses on sustainable, integrative change that improves self-care, boosts energy, and fosters long-term wellness.
Your lifestyle becomes the foundation for your healing, self-worth, and vitality.

“Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”
— Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet
